Shipping Policy

At Infallible, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner.
Order Processing 
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders are
shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Timelines 
  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
During sale periods, launches, or peak seasons, order processing and delivery timelines may extend by 2–3 additional business days.
Shipping Charges 
  • Free shipping is applicable only on prepaid orders.
  • Shipping charges (including COD charges, if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
  • Once an order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability, and separate tracking details may be provided.
Delays & Force Majeure
Infallible shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
